Bookings

How can I book a room?

You can easily book by selecting the hotel, choosing the check-in and check-out dates, selecting the appropriate room, and completing the payment process.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes, bookings can be modified or canceled according to the cancellation policy applicable to each reservation.

Do rates include taxes?

Yes, the final price displayed includes all taxes and fees (unless otherwise stated).

How do I know if my booking was confirmed successfully?

After completing the payment process, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email address and WhatsApp number registered, including all booking details.

What should I do if I do not receive my booking confirmation?

Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still have not received it, you may contact customer service to have your booking details resent.


Payment

What payment methods are available?

We accept the following payment methods: Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Tamara, Tabby, in addition to other approved electronic payment methods.

Can I pay upon arrival?

Payment upon arrival may be available at some hotels, and this will be clarified during the booking process.

Is payment secure?

Yes, all payment transactions are processed through secure and encrypted systems to ensure the protection of user data.


Cancellation Policy

What is the booking cancellation policy?

If the booking is canceled 72 hours or more before the check-in time, the amount will be refunded after deducting a 2.5% administrative fee.
However, if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before check-in, the booking will be non-refundable.
In the event of a No Show, the full amount will not be refunded.

What is the refund process for the amount paid?

The refund will be processed to the same payment method used when completing the booking (the same bank card or electronic payment method).
The refund process may take between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the policy of the bank or payment service provider.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is usually from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM (this may vary depending on the hotel or season).

Is internet service available?

Yes, most hotels provide complimentary Wi-Fi for guests.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available at most hotels and may be free of charge or subject to fees depending on the hotel.

Is early check-in available?

This depends on room availability at the hotel, and additional charges may apply in some cases.

Is late check-out available?

Late check-out may be requested depending on hotel availability, and additional charges may apply.
