Definitions

Refers to the website and applications provided by Nozol Inn that allow users to search and book hotel rooms, including all pages and content available on the platform.
▪ User:
Any individual or entity that registers or uses the platform. This includes users who make bookings or inquire about services.
▪ Provider:
Any hotel or facility offering rooms for booking through the platform, including all related service providers such as agents and operators.
Acceptance of Terms
▪ Acceptance:
By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
▪ Modifications:
The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Registration & Account Use
▪ Registration Process:
Creating an account requires providing accurate and complete information such as full name, email address, and phone number.
▪ Account Responsibility:
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must report any unauthorized use immediately.
▪ Identity Verification:
Users may be required to provide identity verification documents in certain cases, such as large or suspicious bookings.
Booking & Payment
▪ Booking Process:
Users must provide accurate booking details including check-in, check-out, number of guests, and rooms.
▪ Payment Methods:
Payments must be made using approved methods such as credit cards or Apple Pay. In some cases, payment upon arrival may be available depending on the hotel.
Full payment is required to confirm the booking. Bookings will be automatically canceled if payment is not completed within the specified timeframe.
When choosing pay-at-hotel, additional conditions and fees may apply.
▪ Booking Confirmation:
For bookings made more than 3 days before check-in: payment must be completed within 24 hours.
For bookings within 3 days of check-in: payment must be completed immediately.
A confirmation email will be sent after payment including booking details and customer service contact.
Modification Policy
Modification depends on each hotel's policy and may vary. Please review the hotel's policy before booking.
▪ Non-modifiable bookings:
Some hotels do not allow any changes after confirmation.
▪ Modifiable bookings:
Some hotels allow changes depending on availability and may apply additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by hotel. Please review the selected hotel's page carefully.
▪ Non-refundable bookings:
No refund will be issued after booking confirmation.
▪ Refundable bookings (72 hours):
Cancellation is allowed 72 hours before check-in with a 2.5% administrative fee. Late cancellations will result in full charge.
▪ Cancellation Method:
Cancellations must be requested عبر WhatsApp customer service.
Intellectual Property
▪ Ownership:
All content on the platform is protected by intellectual property laws.
▪ Restricted Use:
Copying or distributing content without permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability

The platform is not responsible for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the service.
